近期,越南广治省海英40MW风电项目(以下简称“海英项目”)再传捷报:全场8台风力发电机组于9月16日圆满完成为期240小时的连续无故障可靠性试运行,取得验收证书。
近日,项目已完成所有电网相关测试,正式通过COD商业化运行许可。此举标志着该项目已全面完成所有关键考核,进入商业运营新阶段,为电气风电的国际化征程再立一座重要里程碑。

此外,WH5.25N-172机型采用半直驱技术,相较于传统双馈机组,该机型减少了能量在多级齿轮箱传递中的损耗,从而提高了整体发电效率。该产品选用高性能全功率变流器,拥有更好的电网适应性,面对越南电网全新零穿和一次调频测试需求,全场机组迅速和完整通过了越南电网的测试认证,各项运行参数优异,完全符合设计预期,赢得了项目业主的高度赞誉与充分认可。

Vietnam HaiAnh 40MW Wind Power Project Successfully Passes 240-Hour Trial Operation and Obtains Commercial Operation Permission
Recently, the HaiAnh 40MW Wind Power Project ( HaiAnh Project) in Quảng Trị Province, Vietnam, has brought another piece of good news: all 8 WTGs in the project successfully completed the 240-hour continuous fault-free reliability trial operation on September 16 and obtained the acceptance certificate. A few days ago, the project has completed all grid-related tests and officially obtained the COD (Commercial Operation Date) permission. This marks that the project has fully completed all key assessments and entered a new stage of commercial operation, setting another important milestone for Shanghai Electric Wind Power Group (SEWP)'s international business.
Innovative Design Provides Guarantee, Efficient Collaboration Overcomes Challenges
All wind turbines of the HaiAnh Project adopt the WH5.25N-172 model customized and optimized by SEWP according to the climatic characteristics of Southeast Asia. Southeast Asia has abundant rainfall and a hot and humid climate; therefore, the components of this product have undergone special anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation treatments to ensure long-term reliable operation in such environments. In response to the strict EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) requirements overseas, the wind turbine innovatively incorporates a low-rotor-speed design, which correspondingly reduces noise, making it particularly suitable for deployment in areas close to residential communities.
The WH5.25N-172 model adopts semi-direct driven technology. Compared with traditional doubly-fed wind turbines, this model reduces energy loss during transmission under multi-stage gearboxes, thereby improving the overall power generation efficiency. In addition, the product is equipped with a high-performance full-power converter, which has better grid adaptability. In the face of the new requirements for zero-crossing and primary frequency modulation tests of the Vietnam power grid, all WTGs in the project quickly and completely passed the test certification. All operating parameters are excellent, meeting the design expectations and winning high praise and full recognition from the project owner.
From Successful Grid Connection to Excellent Operation, In-depth Advancement of International Strategy Makes Achievements
The smooth completion of the 240-hour test run and the acquisition of the COD permission demonstrate strong proof of SEWP's delivery capability once more, following the project's successful grid-connected power generation on July 28.
